About Me

My approach integrates therapeutic practice with a background in organisational psychology, recognising that mental health is shaped not only by internal experiences, but also by the environments and systems we move through each day.

Work, stress, burnout, identity, relationships, life transitions, and questions of meaning or direction can all influence wellbeing in significant ways.

This perspective allows me to support clients not only with emotional difficulties, but also with the broader patterns and contexts contributing to them. Together, we can explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion while developing practical and sustainable strategies that feel aligned with your goals, values, and wellbeing.

The Therapy Process:
Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect during our first session?

Our initial meeting is a welcoming space for us to explore your goals and current challenges. We will discuss your personal history and what you hope to achieve through therapy, ensuring we build a foundation of trust and understanding from the very beginning.

How long is each individual therapy session?

Typically, individual therapy sessions last for 50 minutes.

Is my privacy and confidentiality protected?

Your privacy is paramount. We adhere to strict ethical and legal confidentiality standards, meaning your personal information and the content of our sessions remain strictly between us, except in very specific circumstances required by professional law.

How do you make sure treatment is tailored to me?

I implement a Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT) approach, which means your unique experience and feedback help guide the entire process. We regularly check in about what is helping and what may not be working to ensure treatment feels aligned with your goals. The aim is to create a collaborative and responsive space where we can adapt over time to best support your wellbeing, preferences, and progress.
